Ollama Quick Start Guide
Section titled “Ollama Quick Start Guide”This guide will help you get started with Ollama quickly and efficiently. Follow these simple steps to begin enhancing your healthcare consulting workflow.
Accessing Ollama
Section titled “Accessing Ollama”- Go to ollama.candesic.net
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- You’ll be directed to the Ollama interface
Creating Your First Chat
Section titled “Creating Your First Chat”- Click the “New Chat” button in the sidebar
- Select a model from the dropdown menu (recommended: Llama 3.2 for general use)
- Enter your prompt in the input field at the bottom of the screen
- Press Enter or click the Send button
Effective Prompts for Healthcare Consulting
Section titled “Effective Prompts for Healthcare Consulting”For best results, structure your prompts clearly:
I'm working on [PROJECT TYPE] for a [CLIENT TYPE].I need to [SPECIFIC TASK].Please provide [FORMAT REQUIREMENTS].Focus on [KEY AREAS OF INTEREST].Example:

Section titled “Uploading Documents”- Click the paperclip icon in the chat input area
- Select the file you want to upload (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Wait for the document to process
- Reference the document in your prompts
Using Knowledge Collections
Section titled “Using Knowledge Collections”- Click on “Collections” in the sidebar
- Select an existing collection or create a new one
- Upload relevant documents to your collection
- Access your collection by referencing it in prompts with @collection-name
Saving and Organizing Chats
Section titled “Saving and Organizing Chats”- Click the star icon to save important conversations
- Use folders to organize related chats
- Access previous conversations from the sidebar
